Mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for All Employers in New York State
Effective 10/9/18, NYS requires every employer to provide annual, sexual harassment prevention training for all employees.
Participants will learn how to identify sexual harassment, what constitutes it, options for reporting internally and to government watchdogs, and how employers are and are not permitted to respond to a report. They will leave knowing how to spot and report sexual harassment (including how to make a claim, which NYS requires as part of the education) and what consequences exist for both employer and employee. This training will help employers of any size comply with all aspects of New York law. A certificate of completion will be furnished to all attendees.

Lisa also regularly provides trainings and is a seasoned speaker who enjoys interacting with audience members.
