Elizabeth worked her way up in Western New York’s banking industry, a male-dominated field, and now manages a large team in business banking at Key Bank. She is a strong advocate for women in business, particularly through KeyBank’s Key4 Women initiative: this program is designed especially for women entrepreneurs and offers fresh ideas and creative financial solutions to “help women entrepreneurs reach their dreams.” Key4Women provides women business owners with access to capital, customized service, educational content and networking opportunities; membership is free for Key clients. She had previously held a similar position at M&T Bank, where she had worked for 17 years. Elizabeth is active with many Western New York organizations including NAWBO Buffalo Niagara, Amherst Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Buffalo; and supports many local non-profit organizations such as United Way. She and her husband have two young children.
