This is NAWBO Buffalo Niagara’s signature networking experience, bringing together women business owners, entrepreneurs, sponsors, community leaders, and rising professionals for an unforgettable evening of connection, conversation, and collaboration. This one-of-a-kind networking mega mixer features a progressive dinner where participants rotate to new tables after each course, ensuring fresh connections and dynamic conversations throughout the night
The event begins with a vibrant networking period where attendees meet local women-owned business owners, sponsors, and vendors, fostering meaningful professional relationships and community support. A basket auction and scholarship raffle highlight the evening, raising funds for NAWBO Buffalo Niagara’s Scholarship Program and reinforcing the chapter’s commitment to supporting the next generation of women entrepreneurs. 
In addition to dinner and dynamic networking, Each One Reach One includes opening remarks and keynote presentations, opportunities to spotlight chapter partners, and prize giveaways that reward engagement and participation. Designed to break the ice, promote business growth, and celebrate the strength of women-led business leadership in Western New York, this event is an annual highlight that unites seasoned professionals and emerging leaders alike.

Here is what makes this event special: 100% of the proceeds from the evening stay right here in Western New York. Whether someone donates a raffle item, purchases tickets, or sponsors the event, every dollar raised is reinvested locally to strengthen programming that supports women business owners across our region. Your support helps us expand access to resources, networking, and mentorship for women entrepreneurs, deliver professional development and leadership training that accelerates business growth, and elevate women’s voices in public policy and community decision-making across Western New York. - 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Visit our Vendors and Networking: Meet, greet, and network with some of WNY’s top Women-owned Business owners | Basket auction/Scholarship Raffle available
- 5:45 p.m. – Opening Remarks and Keynote presentation
- 6:20 p.m. – Progressive Dinner
- 8:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – Prize pick up
