Rene Petties-Jones is an experienced Director Of Community Engagement and Development with a demonstrated history of working in the fundraising industry managing all aspects of events. She is skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Community Building, Galas, Event Management, Volunteer Management, and is an experienced PR practitioner with an emphasis in brochure/flyer/marketing creation and community presentations. Rene is also the President of National Federation for Just Communities (NFJC) WNY, Inc.

Megan O’Donnell Patton, who serves on NAWBO’s National Board, works with business owners to solve common business ailments and get organizations to a level of higher performance. She seeks to engage employees and re-create excitement in organizations. She understands leadership systems and how to cascade them throughout the organization. Her passion is for business owners, leaders, and executive directors to focus and thrive in their organization.
