The “Latinas Talk STEM” event is a collaboration between the empowerment and membership committees of Latinas Evolving LLC and the Hispanic Women’s League Inc. of WNY. This event will showcase WNY Latinas in STEM fields and will provide a panel discussion to discuss the struggles they may have faced getting to their current positions, how we can gain the interest of underrepresented groups of students who may be interested in STEM fields, the evolution of each of the panelist, and so much more.
