About Lisa:

Lisa Coppola is an attorney and entrepreneur who serves on the NAWBO National Board and chairs its Governance Committee. She currently owns a full-service law firm and a garden design and construction company. Lisa also serves as a member of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Region II Regulatory Fairness Board. She is a past president of NAWBO Buffalo-Niagara.

 About Carmen:

Carmen joined the company in 1999 as Legal Counsel and advanced to Senior Legal Counsel before being promoted to Assistant General Counsel.  Carmen is responsible for handling a broad range of legal issues, including managing litigation, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as interacting with legislative and regulatory authorities on behalf of the company.  Additionally, she represents the company on all employee matters.
