Succession Planning during a Pandemic

A good succession plan leaves a positive legacy and unites the family around common goals and values.

The Buffalo Niagara Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners will be hosting a virtual program giving insight and guidance when it comes to succession planning.

Judy Cuzzacrea Wagner, Partner of Harris Beach PLLC and Lena Graham Morris, founder of “The Entreprenista” and Vice President, Principal, and Shareholder of HORUS Construction Services Inc. will lead a discussion on this timely topic.

“Succession planning is key to creating a successful legacy, a smooth transition of power, while maintaining an appearance of cohesion and stability,” says Lena Morris.

If you would like to tap into the knowledge of our experts, prior to our meeting on April 10th, please reach out to our Chapter President, Paula D’Amico.
