SBA Finance Boot Camp 2023 flyer
In partnership with NAWBO Buffalo Niagara Inc., SBA Buffalo is relaunching a FREE Finance Boot Camp for Woman Entrepreneurs in Buffalo NY. This series will provide you with information on strategic planning for your business, understanding the credit process, the language of financial statements, effective negotiation strategies, and preparing a loan proposal. The last session will include a lender matchmaker giving participants the opportunity to meet with area lenders and pitch a financing proposal.
Seating is limited; program is limited to 12 qualified entrepreneurs
In order to be eligible, businesses must be:
- Organized as a For-Profit entity.
- Operating for a minimum of one full year
- Have a business plan
- Anticipate seeking financing within 2 years
- Commit to participate in all 6 training sessions
To apply for participation in the Boot Camp, a business must submit SBA Form 641 – Counseling Information Form AND a Business Plan.
Applications will be accepted through 3/23 or until all seats are filled.
If an interested business does not have a business plan, there is plenty of time to work through that process before sessions begin. Either Format (traditional or lean) is acceptable.
