Program Overview: At our January 14th dinner meeting, Victoria Reynolds from the SBA will lead a warm, interactive conversation on “Accessing Capital: Funding Strategies for Women-Owned Businesses.” She’ll share practical ways to secure funding, highlight key SBA resources and pathways, and offer real-world lessons to help women entrepreneurs grow with confidence.

🎤  Featured Speaker: Victoria Reynolds – US Small Business Administration – District Director of the Buffalo District Office. Victoria Reynolds began with the US Small Business Administration in 1990, reaching journeyman level in the finance division by 1994. Her experience includes the delivery of SBA’s loan products, strategic relationship management, and small business outreach. In 2004, she was designated Branch Manager of the Rochester Branch Office and, in this capacity, managed the delivery of the agency’s financial assistance, entrepreneurial development, and procurement assistance programs throughout the Greater Rochester Area. In 2007, she joined the Buffalo SBA office as Deputy, and in January of 2023, she became District Director of the Buffalo District Office, responsible for SBA program delivery in WNY’s 14 counties. Mrs. Reynolds, a native of WNY, is a graduate of Nazareth University of Rochester, where she earned a degree in Business Administration and Economics.
