Program Overview Thinking about becoming a New York State Certified Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE)? Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Office of Employee Advocacy and Fairness is offering a free four-week NYS Certification Workshop for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises. The program is open to businesses in any industry and is designed to help eligible business owners work through the certification process.
