Fear of the unknown may prevent many potential women entrepreneurs from pursuing their dreams and opening businesses. Small business development is not only good for our community and the local economy, it is also inspirational to so many young girls in our community. Don’t let fear stop you from becoming a business owner, role model, and economic catalyst in Western New York.

Kelly O’Neill, owner of Lighthouse Financial Asset Management, LLC provides customized, easy-to-understand strategies for financial health with one-on-one consulting services to help people move forward with their long-term plans by “putting their money to work”.  Her strategies for interpreting complicated financial matters makes everyone she advises an educated financial consumer.

According to Kelly, “when you accumulate wealth you accumulate choice – and choice means everything.”

Lisa Coppola, president of the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) concurs, “It doesn’t cost anything to reach out to a financial planner, but it may cost you a great deal of long-term security if you don’t. You have a lot to gain by planning ahead with a competent, caring, and experienced financial planner.”

The Buffalo Niagara New York Chapter of NAWBO and The Westminster Economic Development Initiative, Inc. (WEDI) have partnered on a speaker series on business development. The Owning It Speaker Series concludes on April 17, 2017 with Pay Yourself First: A Clear View to Retirement, presented by Kelly O’Neill.
