Local attorney Lisa A. Coppola to serve on National Association of Women Business Owners steering committee and board of directors
The Buffalo Niagara Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO©) is proud to announce that past chapter president, Lisa A. Coppola, Esq., has been appointed chair of NAWBO’s National Presidents Assembly Steering Committee (PASC). In addition she will serve as an ex officio member on the organization’s national board of directors. Coppola will serve on both positions through June 2019.
NAWBO PASC serves as the voice of the almost 60 NAWBO chapter across the U.S. on the national board and facilitates communications between the national organization and its chapters as well as helping chapter leaders with strategic planning and problem resolution.
Coppola is founder and managing partner of The Coppola Firm, concentrating on serving entrepreneurs and employers. She also owns, along with her partner Joseph Han, a Buffalo-based garden design and construction firm, The English Gardener. In addition to her work with NAWBO, Coppola serves as a board member for the Roswell Alliance Community and WNY STEM Hub.
